What are the primary components of the VLINK™ System?
Devices
VLINK™ devices are equipped with long-range communication which enables them to communicate their status with any VLINK™ gateway that’s in range.
Gateway
VLINK™ gateways communicate with all devices within a facility, up to 750,000 sq ft indoors or 0.75 miles outdoors. The information they collect from devices is then forwarded to the cloud database via a cellular connection or network connection if available at the site, where it can be accessed by users from anywhere in the world.
Mobile App
The VLINK™ app is available for Android and iOS. Its features include quick device setup, real-time alerts, and site management.
Web Portal
The VLINKHQ.com portal provides administrative functions such as user management, site creation, report generation, and simple analytics.
What type of alerts are available?
The VLINK™ app sends notifications when there is activity on the device. Additionally, a daily email is sent summarizing all activity within the last 24 hours.
How can I purchase VLINK™?
Sign up for an account online at https://vlink.victorpest.com/new-company Complete the required information about your company and purchasing options. If you plan to use the finance plans, select "Credit Card" as your purchase option. You will receive an email within 2-3 days after submitting. You can then log in to the purchase portal site under the REGISTERED CUSTOMER login. Select the VLINK™ devices and gateways required for your site and purchase through the cart.
